PHARMACY TECHNICIAN Inpatient full-time Days

Job Description 72 hrs/pp; Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM-3 PM, every other weekend, rotating holidays Find your purpose getting patients the medication they need to survive, heal, and thrive. Provide comfort where there is pain. You'll serve patients of all ages, from premature infants to the elderly. Reduce pain. Eliminate bad bacteria. Cure diseases. Pharmacy technicians at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital do all these things by supporting our pharmacists in dispensing medication to patients. You'll help to prepare and dispense a variety of pharmacy products. Examples include sterile preparations, antibiotics, controlled substances, chemotherapy, and much more. You'll be trained to use technology for dispensing, packaging, barcoding and restocking medications. Requirements - High School Diploma required - Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire - Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred - Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program is preferred - Previous experience is preferred CentraCare Health and Carris Health have made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
