The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Purchasing department including planning, procurement, tracking and inventory of product. Also responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our internal and external clients. Main Responsibilities: Process sales orders including data entry, communication of order status, delivery schedule and back orders Process PO s and resolve price discrepancies Provide timely responses to incoming messages and inquiries from team mailboxes Maintain part numbers, product cost and resale price information Create and set-up Sales Rep warehouse sites Actively participate and perform acquisition related activities Provide back-up to other Purchasing team members when they are out including becoming cross trained in their areas Willingly take direction from leadership and others involved with special projects Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process Hours/Pay: Monday-Friday, 8-5 This is a permanent, Evaluation Hire role $17+/hr depending on experience How to Apply: Online at (Click Apply Now) Mobile app: ExpressJobs (iOS and Android) Once you've applied one of those ways, please also email resume to and notate that you applied for this position!
