Oversee the Dining Service and Events aspects of the university s card access system, including meal plan access and declining balance accounts. Assigns privileges and grants access to employees and students. Maintains database and updates meal plan features as directed. Organize, manage, and maintain SJU meal plan systems data, including updating individual accounts, preparing monthly charges to be billed to student accounts, prorating charges, and closing accounts as needed in accordance with departmental standards. Answer end user questions; troubleshoot and resolve access issues. Prepare monthly revenue, transaction, and other reports related to meal plans. Prepare and issue monthly meal exchange data with CSB.
