This Home Health Occupational Therapist position will give you the flexibility, variety and autonomy that you deserve as an experienced Occupational Therapist. You’ll work with patients of almost all ages (though they will be prominently geriatric) and be assigned a dedicated region, giving you the opportunity to truly connect with your occupational therapy patients. You can expect to visit the homes of about five patients per day and will be able to schedule patients when it’s best for them and for you - typically between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. This position will serve patients in the St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, and Sartell areas as well as some rural regions. Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program required - Successful completion of six months clinical training as an Occupational Therapist required - Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy required within six months of hire - Registered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or a temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 days of hire - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required - Transportation available for off campus activities required - A valid Minnesota driver's license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required CentraCare Health has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce and all individuals, including, but not limited to, individuals with disabilities, are encouraged to apply.
