**Description:** Government Membership Services supports all members who are enrolled in a government funded insurance plan: Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace services (MNsure). This call center is a BRAND new call center representatives who take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan. Highly preferred Bachelor's Degree If they do not have a Degree, they must be extremely professional and demonstrate critical thinking 1+ year of customer service experience including retail, serving, call center or administrative. Ability to type 35+ WPM High School Diploma Experience would be preferred from the following industries: Retail, restaurant/service industry, coffee shops, cell phone stores, clothing stores, fast food, etc. They are looking for anyone who can work in a fast paced, intense environment.
