The Materials Trainee Program provides you the opportunity of hands on experience in operations across the region while learning all aspects of our business. This is achieved through the delivery of a development program combined with critical experiences and projects that are important to our business. The successful candidate will be immersed in a 24 month program designed to provide exposure, training, and hands-on experience in all aspects of the aggregates and concrete business including production, sales, maintenance, supervision, quality control and logistics. **WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO**: - Participate fully and actively in all assigned development activities - Apply knowledge and work collaboratively on various team projects related to training and development - Support the aggregate and concrete division in achieving production goals through partnering with experienced professionals and managers in different departments (safety, operations, human resources, environment, maintenance, quality control) - Participate in daily and weekly production and maintenance meetings - Learn basic supervisory skills by working side by side with experienced supervisors - Responsible for reporting and tracking key performance indicators Location/Region: Saint Cloud, MN (56301)
