External Description Str : Find Your Purpose on a large team of marketing professionals at CentraCare! The Marketing Specialist uses analog and digital marketing tools to develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans that support CentraCare strategic and business plans and improve CentraCare’s reputation. The Marketing Specialist will create service line marketing communications plans in keeping with CentraCare key messaging and visual brand standards. Write and edit content and determine key strategies and messages in support of marketing plan execution. The Marketing Specialist will work to support selected service lines across CentraCare. Schedule: - Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Hybrid role – candidate will have the ability to work from home 3-4 days per week and be on-site as needed. Primary office location is currently based in the St. Cloud area. What you’ll do: - Develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans in support of the CentraCare strategic plan and service line business plans. - Partner with internal staff or leverage third-party resources to identify appropriate data and information to develop data-informed marketing strategies. - Create clear measurable goals for service line marketing communications plans and tracks progress and performance in achieving goals and return on investment. - Create service line marketing communications plans in keeping with CentraCare key messaging and visual brand standards. Supports overall CentraCare brand building in all marketing efforts. - Select and use effective marketing and communications tools such as electronic media/web content, search engines listings, social media, advertising, direct mail, collateral materials, and events to promote CentraCare entities and service lines. - Write and edit content and determine key strategies and messages in support of marketing plan execution. Writes content in keeping with the CentraCare brand voice. - Works effectively with service line directors and colleagues in Web Development, Communications, Consumer Insights, and Planning to create and execute marketing campaigns. - Develop ideas, create content, and partner with Communications to internally promote CentraCare services. - Supports and helps staff with special events, promotional events, and health care community educational events. - Serves as a marketing consultant and makes budget recommendations in support of marketing communications plans. What you’ll have: Education - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, advertising, communications, business administration, or related field required. - Associate-level degree plus 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Experience - Three to five years of experience in marketing, analytics, advertising, or promotion related position required. - Demonstrated experience in using digital marketing tools to achieve organizational goals. Software Knowledge - Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
