" What You'll Do Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging inbound marketing, SEO, social, email and events to drive qualified leads Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas Build and effectively manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.) Conduct client, competitor and services/product research in order to influence marketing strategy Collaborate with sales professionals, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience including our partner alliance relationships Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote V2 services and to attract site visitors through search, social media and email campaigns Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends Develop documentation, build and execute on strategic roadmaps for processes, A/B tests and promotions that succeed through email Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into leads and continually refine our process to nurture and convert leads Create and maintain metrics and reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact and make recommendations on areas for optimization Evaluate, in conjunction with the Operations team, new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve branding and website experience for prospects, leads, and customers Partner effectively with the Executive team and Agency partners to align and execute on global marketing strategy Who You Are Minimum five (5) years of professional marketing experience with a focus on B2B marketing and content creation Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience managing end-to-end marketing projects Proven experience writing both short- and long-form content Marketing automation experience required (e.g., Hubspot) Experience building and maintaining channel/alliance relationships Experience with CRM and database management required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Creative thinker, excellent writer and problem solver with an ability to use data to inform decisions G-Suite expertise is a must Design suite capabilities required (e.g., Adobe) Strong English skills are a must ",
