We are dedicated to providing our customers with innovative and distinctive solutions, including refrigerated and frozen liquid eggs, egg patties, omelets, and French Toast. **Principal Accountabilities** This position is accountable to produce food safe product in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include: • Start up and shut down of a production line, making mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting equipment; • Ensure all production paperwork is completed, which will require basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division); • Responsible for containing and proactively addressing potential problems that may arise in an effort to limit disruptions to production; • Ensuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer (all food handler tasks were completed properly; i.e. proper packaging, weights are in acceptable range) including assisting Food Handlers as needed; • Maintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures; • Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures as well as reporting any and all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team; and • Other duties as assigned. **Required Qualifications:** • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Must be 18 years or older • Ability to perform basic math such as Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication. • Basic computer skills • Ability to work overtime, including weekends and/or holidays as needed with advanced notice. • Must be able to read, write, and speak English. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Previous food manufacturing experience. • Previous leadership experience. • Previous experience in a fast paced, safety focused environment. • High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of two years relevant work experience.
