Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks) : - Safely assemble and pack custom products for our customers in the lawn, garden, and recreational industries by counting, packing and palletizing for shipment. - Contribute to our quality initiatives by identifying defective materials or questionable conditions. - Assist teammates with changeovers of the assembly line equipment and materials. - Stage finished products for shipment by lifting, carrying, and operating pallet jacks WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications) - Safety and quality mindset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to repetitively lift 10 lbs (frequently lift up to 60 lbs) - High School diploma or GED - Basic mathematical abilities and computer literacy WHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Preferred Qualifications) - Prior production, light assembly, light industrial, packaging, or general labor experience - Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems - Understanding of Lean Principles Lube-Tech is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
