Monitor, m aintain, and u pdate existing hardware, software, and systems. Utilize consultants to migrate systems and services to hosted or managed services. Effectively communicate and collaborate with IT Team, Project Managers, Team Members throughout the entire organization to achieve the goals of the business. Enhance and improve reliability and sustainability of existing IT services and systems. Self-motivated to continually research, learn new and emerging technologies to enhance current and future-state initiatives. YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU HAVE : BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or years of experience. 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Server technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMWare, RDP, Microsoft Certificate Services. Willingness to learn Azure if not already proficient. Strong s ystems and s erver troubleshooting skills required (Server build, performance monitoring/tuning, customization) Proficiency in network design. Experience b uilding web servers, application servers, DB servers, RDP servers. Experience with Powershell and other scripting languages. Experience with automation and scheduled tasks, to manage multiple servers all performing different roles. Understanding of current security best practices within Enterprise IT. Proficiency in using and managing Microsoft (Office) 365 suite of application s including Teams. Experience with remote management / support tools required. Exposure to Linux is a plus. Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries. Proficiency in IT helpdesk software. Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. HOURS: Full- time (40-45 hours per week) Primarily Monday-Friday, 8 :00 A M -5:00PM Some weekends and some evenings required Occasional weekend work required to perform system maintenance.
