Provides coaching, leadership and support to managers and employees regarding Human Resources Policies, Practices, Procedures, Programs, Questions and Concerns. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner through effective communication, listening and influence to advise on all HR related issues as well as mitigate risk to the company. - Staffing - Manage all aspects of recruiting, onboarding and termination processes, ensuring compliance with company policy as well as all relevant legislation. - Compensation & Benefits - Ensure the delivery of employee compensation and benefits that are competitive with local market conditions as well as well as compliant with all relevant legislation. - Employee Relations - Establish and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure that company leaders have the skills, abilities and motivation to create and maintain a positive environment. Provide an appropriate outlet for employees to express concerns or complaints. - Compliance - Stay current with all relevant federal, state and local employment law. Maintain company's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices. Review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
