Description Key Accountabilities Responsible for the execution of system changes (updates, integrations, new configurations) and participate in all aspects of system testing. Produce reports for audits, ad-hoc requests, and custom reports for HR and business leadership needs. Set up alerts, dashboards, and auto reports. Provide functional and technical support related to payroll, benefits, and HRIS issues. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to train staff members, managers, and new system users on HRIS. Handles HR/Benefits compliance reporting, including but not limited to EEO-1, AAP, ACA, and other reporting related to Payroll and HR. Assist in the timely processing of certain payrolls. Backup for the Primary Payroll Specialist. Review weekly and open enrollment integration files with carriers, trouble shoot issues then escalate to UKG as appropriate. Assists in the benefits annual open enrollment process, system setup, to include life events setup. Responsible for annual data updates such as benefit codes and rates. Assist with the 401(k) annual audit and compliance testing. Review all invoices for benefit premiums to ensure completeness and accuracy. Manage and participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years relevant experience (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits) Working knowledge and experience (min. 3 years) with UKG is required.
