Find your purpose at CentraCare as a HR Onboarding Data Assistant team member in Human Resources! ​​​​​​​This is a temporary (fully benefited) position that will last indefinitely. We will continuously evaluate performance, availability, and business needs to see if this position will continue on as a permanent role. Position will be working full-time 80 hours every two weeks. Monday - Friday day shift and will be working remote. Pay based on experience, minimum: $18.26/hour n In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support in the areas of HR data entry through digital records management and reporting. Join us in being an important team member that has an impact on the new hire experience! n What you’ll do: n n - Coordinate pre-boarding process (data conversion, data entry/management) n - Complete verification checks and forms for the background check, Psychotherapy, and motor vehicle checks are completed as applicable to position n - Occasional partnership with other CentraCare departments (IS, Education, Safety & Security, etc.) n - Partner with HRIS and IS to implement process improvements whenever possible to automate and ensure greater accuracy n - May support the application process to include coordination of hiring manager/department calendars, scheduling applicants for interviews and communication results to all appropriate parties, providing applicants with acknowledgement of application, assisting applicants with the on-line application system n n What you’ll receive: n n - A member of a supportive team n - An environment where employees are supported to building their skills n - A comprehensive total rewards package, commensurate with your experience and talents n n What you’ll have: n n - High School diploma/GED required n - 1 year of HR or data entry experience n - Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field is preferred n - Experience working in an HR system and contributing to a team atmosphere preferred n - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word n - High attention to detail and accuracy n - Ability to maintain confidentiality of any and all information n - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities n - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders n n CentraCare Health has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce and all individuals, including, but not limited to, individuals with disabilities, are encouraged to apply.
