This positions will act as a go-to person for the entire organization for all functions of HR including recruitingment, selection, onboarding, retention, health services, training programs, compensation plans, wage surveys, factory progression, disability, etc. In this role, you will be directly supervising at least four others and overseeing the organization needs of the manufacturing site.
