Job Description Job Description We have a Direct Hire opening for an Human Resources Assistant Director. You will be working in a Bank Branch and will play a key role both in strategic and operational capacities. The Ideal Candidate Will: · Play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and maximizing recruiting skills while ensuring timely and accurate expected levels of customer service to all relevant parties. · Understand and ensure adherence to all federal, state and local regulations governing the employment process. · Ensure recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes are aligned with business needs, talent strategy and desired employee capabilities/skills. Essential Functions · Be a strong support system for the Bank’s recruiting efforts, strategies, management and team. · Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts. · Direct and lead talent acquisition team to leverage systems and processes · Design and deliver relevant and appropriate talent strategies centered on attracting and hiring highly skilled talent for their business. · Partner with department leaders to establish short and long term goals and an actionable plan for talent acquisition, mentorship. · Build and deliver innovative approaches to identify talent delivery channels for experienced hires, including active and passive candidates. · Partner with agencies, business leaders and hiring managers to establish and implement a strategy that identifies and recruits targeted talent · Proactively develop candidate pipelines through traditional and innovative sourcing methods, including any emerging technology-based methods. · Consult with management & HR Business Partners to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategies. · Build an annual staff plan based on a workforce strategy. · Identify, develop and monitor standard metrics to assess overall performance of recruiting, screening and hiring employees. · Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each senior level open position. · Coordinate with outside search firms and utilize other resources as necessary. · Create diverse pipeline strategies to meet current and forecasted needs. · Conduct regular follow-up with university leadership to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. · Ensure adherence to all federal, state and local regulations governing the employment process · Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development or a related field qualification. · Five years of experience in full cycle recruitment, to include a minimum of three years in a leadership role. · Proven people leadership and capability in building and leading high-performing teams. · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to drive strategy, work with data and demonstrated capability in effective and creative recruiting and sourcing strategies. · Must have the ability to provide outstanding coaching services and to effectively manage change. · Experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning new technology. Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience
