Job description: Provide consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing the completed orders. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: - Greeting/Queue Management - Packing/Fulfillment - Inventory Runner/Stocker - In-Store Pickup & Curbside - Accessory Sales - Post-Sales Support (e.g. Device Setup, Accessory Install, etc) - BPK (Bill Payment Kiosk) Support SECONDARY JOB DUTIES: - General Device Purchases - Refunds, Exchanges, CL-NR (Certified Like-New Replacements) - Maintain strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. - Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations. REQUIREMENTS: - Customer service and/or sales experience. - One or more years of relevant work experience. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment. - Computer/POS proficiency. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum - High school diploma or GED. Preferred - Associates Degree LOGISTICS: This position (32-40 hours per week) requires: - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to pick up an additional shift, if necessary. - Willingness to work across two locations within close proximity to one another (based on business needs).
