Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Pull up dimensional drawings to verify component features & dimensions.Enter component descriptions in our business system in a consistent format labeling key features. Education and ExperienceCompleted an engineering related high school class with exposure/knowledge of dimensional drawings. Work HoursUp to 40 hours per week available during the school summer break.Work times are flexible, but initially must occur between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday thru Friday. As internship progresses, work times may be considered outside the boundaries aforementioned. Employment DatesStart spring of 2022.Exit date will depend on the Intern's performance. The minimum expectation is through the end of the summer 2022 with the potential of working until graduation. Physical Demands Physical demands are typical of an office position including extended periods of sitting, extensive use of a personal computer and telephone. Working Conditions Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots).
