Job Summary - The Global Marketing Communications Specialist for the Client Health Care Business Group is responsible for supporting the development end-to-end global communications, creative and content plan aligned to business priorities. - The ideal candidate understands the customer, applying communication strategies that improve the customer experience and is squarely focused on the entire marketing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Applies end-to-end messaging strategy to develop creative and content plans aligned to global marketing programs that generate customer demand - Supports communication strategies and development of tactics for portfolio activity - Collaborates with functional partners and subject matter experts to collaboratively work on program tactics - Reinforces the brand promise by linking personas, customer journey and experiences through communications plans and tactics - Provide on-going support to program development or maintenance based on emerging trends or performance results during program activation - Leverages competitive, customer, market and brand health insights to inform communications strategies and tactics - Uses tools and reports to measure communications effectiveness - Manage budgets for plan tactics and execution - Work closely with agency partners Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience supporting the development end-to-end global communications, creative and content plans aligned to business priorities - Experience executing a detailed tactical communications and content plan preferably within a regulated industry - Strong project management experience working closely and diplomatically with internal and external teams, managing tight timetables and multiple large projects simultaneously - Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills and experience for all media platforms - Self-starter, self-motivated, deadline-focused and agile mindset with strong skills in multi-tasking Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a related field such as Marketing Communications, Journalism, Advertising or Public Relations - A minimum of 5-7 years of related job experience - Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines - Customer-centric mindset combined with contagious enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity - Preferred Experience: - New product development, agency experience ,
