GRC is a division that provides a broad spectrum of solutions, services and expertise to legal, finance, risk and compliance professionals and small business owners. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the day-to-day process support to the leadership of the Service of Process department and other operations initiatives. This is a fast paced team environment processing documents to meet our customer's requirements. As this is a critical role, the position will work in the office. Basic Responsibilities: Receive legal documents; review and scan into system. Works collaboratively and directly with internal customers to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and minimize customer impacts. Ability to determine any issues that require escalating and direct to appropriate support teams. Duties and responsibilities are not limited to those specified above but may include other tasks depending on business requirements, as well as other opportunities that may include cross training. Basic phone skills as well as effective written and verbal communication skills.
