Job Summary n Find your Purpose by helping CentraCare's employees and patients maintain a safe and healthy workplace as an Exemption Testing Process Lead! n The Exemption Testing Process Lead is responsible for all activities of the exemption testing process in CentraCare's Employee Health Services department . These responsibilities include: n n - coordinating testing operations n n - ensure weekly testing of employees n - identify compliance issues and concerns n - communication with leaders and employees about missed testing or inconclusive results n - update and maintain education materials related to process n - provide weekly updates regarding compliance, positivity rates, and issues n n - overseeing testing kit ordering, distribution, and compliance n - assisting customers in the exemption testing process n - communicating with EHS leadership and stakeholders n - completing required documentation and reporting n - maintaining records in an accurate and confidential manner n n Qualifications n n - High school diploma or GED required n - 3 or more years' experience in customer service or business/office processes required n - Experience using spreadsheet and word processing computer software n n CentraCare Health and Carris Health have made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
