Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate responses to all Product Inbox inquires, these inquires come from a variety of sources (sales, distributors, customers, general contractors, etc). - Oversee and manage the testing room, this includes but not limited to equipment maintenance, product supply, correct testing equipment, etc. - Coordinate and document all product testing in assigned databases, product testing can include compatibility and/or dotting testing, quality assurance, etc. - Adhering as well and refining testing protocols. - Using current methods/process to test as well as determining if the process can be improved or streamlined. - Interpret and understand complex tech documentation and coordinate the creating of new product spec documentation. - Own and facilitate with safety environmental certification organizations as well as independent testing labs. Qualifications: - Associates degree preferably from a technical/trade school. - Preferrable 2 years lighting industry experience preferred. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - You adopt a "do what it takes" attitude. - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. - Adapts to change, treats everyone with respect and is easy to work with.
