Job Description SCHEDULE: Casual; Minimal of 8 hours required, per pay period (every two weeks); Now offering flexible shifts; 3p-8p; 3:30p-8p; every other weekend Find your purpose providing comfort and care to patients, residents and those who care for them. JOB SUMMARY for DISHROOM ATTENDANT: As part of the Nutrition Services Department, as a Dishroom Attendant you will be responsible for sanitizing dishware and provides and abides by CentraCare Customer Service Standards. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients, their families and with co-workers. Some of the additional duties as a Dishroom Attendant is working as a team player within the department, by cleaning of the kitchen, including barista, cashier, tray line, dishwashing, and other back of the house and front of the house duties. You may gain experience assisting with food prep, unbox food and supplies, lifting and carrying boxes from storage and sure shelves are restocked. EDUCATION: - High School Diploma or GED PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS For DISHROOM ATTENDANT: - 1 years Institutional food service experience preferred. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Good communication skills required. - Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. - A driving record in good standing may be required. - A valid Minnesota Class D driver's license may be required CentraCare Health and Carris Health have made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
