We are looking for a motivated leader to lead our Compensation team overseeing employee and executive pay programs. If you are passionate about leading a team of professionals, developing market insight through analytical processes, and delivering strategies of compensation from within a Total Rewards Community of Expertise (COE), then this is the role for you. What you'll do Develop and implement CentraCare employee compensation strategies, processes, and guidelines as a component of total rewards Influence and shape new specialized pay programs to help support the business and growth of CentraCare Set direction for development, implementation, and administration of a full range of base pay, incentive pay, and premium pay programs Provide vision to and deliver on a competitive executive total cash compensation program Innovate and deliver continuous improvement through the principles of compensation to drive employee engagement initiatives What you'll receive Membership on a collaborative Total Rewards leadership team within Human Resources A work environment focused on growth where employees are supported to building their skills, leverage networks, and seek out improvement A comprehensive total rewards package, commensurate with your experience and talents. What you'll have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance At least seven years of experience in the compensation field to include strong analytical, statistical, and financial acumen Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred Executive compensation experience within a non-profit or healthcare organization preferred
