If you are passionate about leading a team of professionals and leading the analytical processes, strategies and components of compensation through a Total Rewards Community of Expertise (COE), then this is the role for you. What you'll do Develop and implement CentraCare Health compensation strategies, processes, and guidelines as a component of total rewards Influence and shape new specialized pay programs to help support the business and growth of CentraCare Set direction for development, implementation, and administration of a full range of base pay, incentive pay, and premium pay programs. Innovate and deliver continuous improvement through the principles of compensation to drive employee engagement initiatives. What you'll have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance Seven or more years of experience in the compensation field to include strong analytical, statistical, and financial acumen Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
