Our Data Entry department is responsible for entering numeric information from daily shipping manifests into our accounting system for accounts receivable purposes. Information is input utilizing the 10-key portion of a keyboard as well as desk top scanners. Interact with customers via telephone and email regarding questions concerning their daily shipping paperwork. Excellent in-person customer service skills are also utililized while assisting walk-in customers shipping packages via our public shipping counter. This position is often a training position for individuals interested in pursuing administrative opportunities in other departments within our Corporate Office. This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday, 1st shift schedule: 7:00AM- 4:00PM. It is based at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Cloud, MN. Position requires general computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Other requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist customers with packages, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
