Customer Service Representative/Graphic Design Sentry Bank is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative/Graphic Designer to work at our St. Cloud Downtown Branch. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:15pm. Will include 1 Saturday morning a month. Summary: The Float Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, opening and closing accounts, understand and sell products and services, and learn a variety of different duties to help when they go to all the branches. If interested and experienced, this individual could also do Graphic Design for us. Essential CSR Functions: Open, service, and revise new and existing deposit accounts, HSA, IRA, and CDs. Maintaining customer accounts and files Assist on the teller line Answer customer inquiries regarding account information, while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies. Process wire transfers Order, activate, and cancel debit cards Balance the vault and coin machine daily Help customers with cash/deposit transactions Provide excellent service by building relationships with every customer Inform customers of Bank products and services to meet their needs Perform opening/closing duties occasionally Follow all bank policies and procedures Essential Graphic Design Functions: Create ads, billboards, brochures, etc. that align with our marketing strategy Work with the Marketing Committee Monitor Sentry Bank’s Facebook, LinkedIn accounts, and website Work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Comply with all bank policies and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent One year of banking experience required Effective communication skills Ability to engage customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and resolve issues Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy and efficiency
