Responsibilities: Providing professional and enthusiastic customer service, processing customer orders, handling finance transactions, processing cash, check and credit card transactions, completing reports, verifying inventory, completing exchanges/returns, calling customers regarding order status, troubleshoot and research customer orders, and balance/tie out cash drawers. In addition, cashiers will answer incoming phone calls for the store and assess caller’s needs to complete requests or direct callers to specific departments/individuals. Must be able to work a varying schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: • Candidates must be customer service orientated, upbeat, enjoy working and speaking with people, and dedicated to delivering quality customer service. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience with answering multi-line phone system helpful, but not required. • Proficiency with a PC. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office equipment. (copy machine/fax/scanner) • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and able to handle detail-oriented work. • Ability to work well individually and with a group. • Willingness to take on additional tasks and to take initiative when needed. • Positive, professional and upbeat attitude.
