Job Description: About the Role: A Compliance Manager at Toppan Merrill oversees information security risk assessments and compliance audits; directs and supports the development and operational effectiveness of Information Technology security controls. The individual works closely with product, sales, marketing, clients, internal Consulting, Product Support, and Sales to respond to client questionnaires or coordinate external audit activities. You are seen as an expert while understanding client needs, providing objective and practical answers to maintain audit and compliance readiness and responses to RFI/RFP questionnaires. What You'll Do: Nurture and develop effective client relationships with senior team members within our clients' organization Lead or assist multiple clients in the preparation of request for proposal, assessment, compliance, and audit assessment documents Participate in client meetings, presentations, and on- remote or site assessments Act as liaison between client and other internal departments (Consulting, Product Support, Legal, IT, Customer Service Sites, and Sales) for requested documentation Drive and act as an internal change agent while working with cross-functional teams Responsible for ensuring resolution to client inquiries and findings by either executing directly or escalating to the appropriate internal teams Document all activities and resolutions using an internal workflow tool Ensure proper and detailed documentation in the online client portal About You: Ability to connect and engage with high-level clientele and internal employees Excellent presentation and formal communication skills Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment Propensity to successfully manage priorities and respond to deadlines ahead of schedule Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Your Qualifications and Experience: BA/BS degree in information security or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous work experience in a client service environment Knowledge and experience in the Financial Disclosure Services Industry, Information Technology and/or Healthcare preferred Strong industry knowledge, with an understanding of document types, including their purpose and application Risk management methodologies and exposure to tools Knowledge of Cloud Computing environments and controls for Azure and AWS Governance frameworks including ISO27000, HIPAA, PCI, Sarbanes Oxley, and GLBA Experience with project multitasking and ability to lead others through high-pressure situations Why You Should Work Here: The ability to work in an environment that encourages creativity and fresh ideas The ability to be on the leading edge of SaaS driven technology solutions for capital markets and regulatory disclosure requirements The opportunity to join a well-established and growing company that has just completed its most successful year About Us: Toppan Merrill is an equal opportunity employer (EEO) and furthers the principles of EEO through Affirmative Action.
