Back to search Location:St. Cloud, MN Department:Administrative Posted:03-29-2021 Location Name:ATS Corporate - St. Cloud, MN Wage Max:16.50 Wage Min:16.00 Summary The Sentinel Compliance and Payables Specialist is responsible to support the Sentinel Pilot Car Services operations with administrative services including pilot car compliance, escort payables and general support functions for internal/external customer needs. Education and Experience + High School Diploma or Equivalent with a basic understanding of general accounting procedures. + One to three years of previous accounting or office related experience. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required. + Excellent math, general clerical and organizational skills. + Strong 10 key and keyboarding skills. + Self-motivated and ability to multi-task and work independently. + Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. + Good communication skills (written, listening and verbal). + Proficient and responsive to internal and external customer situations, responding to customer needs as required. + Detail oriented in a fast paced environment. + A team player with willingness to work on a variety of projects. + Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Process daily Payables for Sentinel Pilot Car Services for both Internal and outside carrier loads. + Respond to pilot car inquiries via phone and email. + Analyze, researches and calls on problem invoices for timely payments. + Contract management with pilot car companies. Includes maintaining records, renewals, new setups, revisions and amendments. + Work directly with pilot car companies, risk management and sentinel management to assist in troubleshooting pilot car drivers that are outside of ATS guidelines. + Maintain pilot car company and driver files to ensure proper setup. Includes driver licenses, certifications, insurance, quarterly testing, direct deposit, W-9, child support and tax levies. + Perform administrative record-keeping and reporting duties, maintaining data integrity working with LME operating system and relevant data. + Provide general administrative support for the department. Includes setting up online access for Sentinel website testing. + Collaborate with others to create a team environment to meet individual, team and department goals. + Serve as the backup to all activities associated with the Vendor Payables and Customer Billing for the International Division. + In support of ATS's culture, all employees are expected to consistently, effectively and reliably perform in accordance with the Company's values as set forth in our core competencies and behaviors (All Employee Competencies). + Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
