Temporary Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Position starting May/June 2021 and ending approximately August 2021 We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Compensation team. If you are highly detailed, passionate about improving steps within processes, cand have a general curiosity about the ins and outs of Compensation, then this is the role for you! What you’ll do: - Complete tasks associated with compensation management (updating wages, clarifying incentives, processing pay for performance, etc.) - Work in the realm of Human Resources in the review, benchmarking, and delivery of pay programs and policies - Perform research of external trends, trend compensation data in spreadsheets, and complete job description changes.
