Description This role will have direct reports by supervising the LSS School Based Team. It will also provide Treatment Supervision for other programs. Treatment Supervision will be for Mental Health Practitioners working with middle and high school aged youth. You will be responsible for personnel and financial management, program oversight, direct services, and overall operations for our mental health services being offered in community settings, including school-based and in-home services. You will also be responsible for promoting quality service delivery and ensuring that services remain in compliance with state licensing requirements and service standards. Valid driver's license is required. Preferred: State licensing board approved clinical supervisor. Management experience. Experience with CTSS and/or school-based mental health services.
