Clinical Services Director Starting Salary: $78,000/year As the Clinical Services Director at Edgewood, you would be responsible for the overall clinical oversight of the residents' medical care plans, which includes the management and training of all clinical services staff, to ensure the delivery of care meets your and Edgewood's expectations . You would also prepare the community for state surveys related to licensure as well as ensure clinical staff is compliant with state and federal regulations. Minimum Requirements A successful candidate will possess the following: - Registered Nurse license - Assisted living, dementia, geriatric care experiences a plus - Excellent interpersonal and training skills with highly organizational skills. - Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program. - Will ensure caregiving staff is trained in clinical charting system. - Requires a caring, cheerful and compassionate attitude. - Able to work in a very fast paced environment. - Supportive of company's growth & quality care initiatives. - Good understanding of assisted living policies, state licensure regulations and Medicare conditions of participation. - Must be an excellent mentor!
