CLINICAL RESOURCE NURSE-SURGERY

Job Description Preference given to current Surgery staff. 80 hrs/two weeks. Monday - Friday day shift. Start time will vary depending on schedule/calendar. JOB SUMMARY: EDUCATION Bachelor's or higher degree in nursing required. Master's degree preferred. EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years clinical experience in related nursing field. Demonstrated skills of organizational management, communication and clinical expertise specific to surgery. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required . National Certification in Operating Room Nursing (CNOR) or Certification in Post Anesthesia. Nursing (CPAN) or Certification in Ambulatory Post Anesthesia (CAPA) within 1 year of hire. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
