Job Summary **Job Summary** The Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Annandale is seeking a talented and compassionate Clinical Program Therapist (CPT) to join our team to help make a difference in the lives of others. As the Clinical Program Therapist you will assist staff in implementing and sustaining evidence based practices, such as, person centeredness, integrated dual disorders treatment (IDDT), and enhanced illness management and recovery (E-IM&R) on an inpatient basis to patience with serious and persistent mental illness. *Responsibilities include:* * Provide education and skill building that will assist individuals to maximize their independence and to minimize barriers to their recovery * Assist with patent activities, programming, and treatment planning * Engage with patients individually or in a group setting * Attend team meetings and participate in shift change report to ensure up-to-date information provided * Establishes and provides monitoring of behavioral interventions on treatment units CBHH is a small (16-bed) inpatient psychiatric facility for adults experiencing acute mental health episodes. The length of stay is usually less than 60 days, during which treatment focuses on rapid assessment, stabilization, patient education, and discharge planning involving community support resources, with the overall goal of preventing future episode.
