**Client Relations Manager** **Wolters Kluwer** **Job Posting: R0011140** **Location:** USA-MN-Minneapolis-South Fifth St or St. Cloud, MN **Job Description Summary** The Client Relations Manager is responsible for retaining and growing subscription revenue and finding cross-sell and upsell opportunities to refer to the outside sales team to meet and/or exceed assigned sales goals. Client Relations Manager activities also include learning and staying informed on complex and comprehensive Financial Services content and digital product lines; learning and following a comprehensive sales process, managing sales pipeline, creating incremental opportunities by leveraging channel partners, driving growth by creating and enhancing existing channels through upselling, cross-selling and expanding the book of business through prospecting. Also providing Product Management feedback on product enhancements to meet market needs; managing time and resources effectively; representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry; and contributing to sales planning and forecasting activities. **Essential Duties and responsibilities** + Learns the full content and digital line of Banking and Mortgage Lending products including features, benefits, pricing, intended use, value proposition, and competitive position to effectively serve clients + Collaborates with partnered Account Executives in a team-based environment and executes upon agreed strategy along with enhancing opportunities outside their assigned portfolio. + Provides exemplary customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and if necessary the channel partner's customers. + Manages time and resources effectively to exceed sales goal by driving and expanding territory by creating growth opportunities through prospecting + Enhance internal and external partner experience through feedback on product development, marketing enhancement and roll up forecasting. + Partnered sales, maintaining accurate and complete pipeline information in our CRM system and compiling information in regular reports as requested + Improves WK Financial Services market share within the territory by identifying departments and business lines in target accounts by using competitive product knowledge + Other duties included but not limited to adhering to set sales processes and activities, problem solving, contractual negotiations, cold calling, preparing and presenting business reviews to leadership. May also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Job Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other Business-related field or 3-5 years of B2B commissioned sales experience with an AAS Degree equivalent. **Experience:** + 1-3 years of B2B commissioned sales or B2C commissioned sales or equivalent. + Experience in Deposit, Lending, Compliance software or equivalent complex sales atmospheres preferred. + Full sales cycle responsibility + Developing and qualifying potential prospects + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening skills. + Professional phone presence. + Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations. + Ability to understand complex product offerings and solution sets. + Excellent memory skills; ability to retain product and compliance information. + Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude and perform as a team player. + Effective time management skills. + Proficient in PC and Microsoft Suite programs **Travel requirements:** Minimal travel required.
