Job Description Peak Behavioral Health is a Mental Health Clinic with two physical locations located in Little Canada, Minnesota and St. Cloud, Minnesota. Position Overview The Client Care Coordinator is the first contact our clients and prospective clients have. The ideal person for this position is confident, friendly, able to resolve conflict in a professional and effective way. This person is able to speak to all things Psychotherapy including but not limited to, mental health symptoms, coordination of care, referrals, best practices, HIPAA, insurance, billing, etc. and understand which of our therapists would be the "best" fit for any given client and which therapist is accepting new clients. This position will work out of our St. Cloud office and follow all Covid-19 precautions. Reports To - Director of Operations Client Care Coordinator Duties - Open office - Answer phones - Schedule/reschedule clients with appropriate clinical staff - Work directly with clinical staff - Follow-up with potential clients and existing clients and schedule them - Greet and check clients in when they enter the office - Manage client complaints, concerns appropriately - Scan, email, fax, send letters, etc. - Attend meetings - Verify insurance benefits of potential and existing clients - Contact insurance companies to process/reprocess claims - Submit insurance claims in a timely fashion - Apply payments, adjustments, etc. to client portal - Keep up to date with billing code changes - Run batch report - Complete credentialing paperwork for new clinicians and update credentialing paperwork for existing clinicians (annually) - Any and all other duties as assigned Ideal Candidate - Friendly and easy to work with - Excellent attention to detail - Willing to "manage up" and take the initiative - Experience working in a mental health setting - Experience working with insurance companies, compliance and billing Work Location - St. Cloud, MN
