n nTYPE OF POSITION: nM-F, 7:30-4:30 (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) nThis is a year-round position nHours may vary based on program needs n nREPORTS TO: nReports to Executive Director of Research, Evaluation, Assessment, and Enrollment n nSUPERVISION: nNone n nQUALIFICATIONS: nHigh School Diploma or G.E.D., and two years general clerical and/or customer service experience; OR , an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position n nPOSITION SUMMARY: nThis class is the second level in the four level clerical group. Basic knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and departmental policies and procedures are required at this level. Incumbents are responsible for performing the duties of a class I clerk as well as more complex clerical functions.
