CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (Chateau Waters/Therapy Suites)

JOB SUMMARY: Supports patient care needs by performing delegated patient care tasks. Responsible for assisting patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and unit standards to provide quality patient care. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: - Nursing Assistant Certification listed on the MN State Nursing Assistant Registry. Required and - Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare provider card per established policy. Required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED - Previous long term care experience. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
