This position calls for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead the operations, customer service, business development, and production efforts at the company's St. Cloud branch location. By hiring and training team members with a passion to serve, the Branch Manager will lead their team by delivering industry leading service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of the St. Cloud area and market. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Accounts and Customers; help assign Account Managers as needed. Coordinate Account Managers and Production Managers to fulfill customer service needs. Develop new business and manage all sales activities relating to proposals, contracts, pricing, and hand off to Production. Regularly communicate with, coach, train, reinforce, discipline, and review Manage and coordinate training for new hire and existing employees with emphasis on Safety, Quality, and Manage the scheduling of all growing season and snow and ice management operations per assigned Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure quality meets company Assist customers with Oversee the billing and completion of work to ensure it is done in a timely Manage branch safety documentation and implement ways to improve safe work Ensure proper use and care of all branch Responsible for the security arrangements at all facilities including but not limited to; the daily start/finish of all production personnel, equipment and other asset inventory, employee access to lot and Work with Prescription s Human Resource staff on defining and fulfilling all staffing needs. Manage and hold branch team members accountable to all Prescription Landscape policies and standard operating procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4-year degree and 2 years landscape management experience preferred; comparable management experience in a service industry will be considered Experience as a leader of multiple crews. Experience in sales and management of the customer experience. Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems. Current commercial driver s license and ability to maintain a clean driving Excellent oral and written communication skills and is highly Superior problem-solving skills with respect to client and employee Completes assigned work in a timely and accurate Ability to answer/return phone calls and/or e-mails within 1 business Works well with customers and co-workers.
