As a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor, you will provide direct individual, partner, family, and group therapies to reduce symptomology and improve the functionality and quality of individual and family lives. Also, you will provide clinical supervision to behavioral health practitioners I – III and, at some sites, behavioral health professionals providing Children’s Therapeutic Supports and Services (CTSS) or other clinical and therapeutic services. This position is responsible for ensuring that appropriate services are provided in a manner that complies with applicable contractual and statutory requirements. This position will be focused on Clinical Supervision for School Based Providers. This can be performed in a hybrid work capacity. Job Code: 26741 Minimum Requirements - Master’s Degree is required in the behavioral health sciences or related field. - LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) and LP (Licensed Psychologist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor). - Must be a Board Approved Supervisor (including but not limited to five years post-licensure clinical experience and two years supervisory experience). - Valid driver’s license is required. - Statute 148A-Sexual Contact and Bureau of Criminal Affairs clearance is required. - Licensure must be active and in good standing with respective Licensing Board. Must adhere to licensure ethics and regulations. In-service training/education is required to maintain licensure.
