Description Key Accountabilities Maintain existing Artiva infrastructure, applications, and environments. Complete daily/nightly maintenance on Artiva systems Perform changes in the Artiva environment as defined in the change control policies Participate in periodic health check assessments on systems Perform system and application upgrades Implement appropriate levels of system and application monitoring Respond to system alerts and mitigate as appropriate Complete IT operational tasks as defined in the various IT policies, processes, and work instructions (e.g. sending maintenance and incident notifications, properly documenting tickets, completing RCA s on time, etc.) Work with Ontario Systems as necessary to troubleshoot issues and maintain a healthy Artiva environment in compliance with the security and IT operational standards Provide customer support of IT solutions. Maintain ticket-based SLA s (e.g. resolution time by priority) Provide support, development, automation, quality control, SQL, IT, and other functions as needed Conduct detailed technical root cause analysis Manage issue escalations, communicating as needed Implement business impact mitigation measures when appropriate Create and maintain documentation. Produce and keep current process documents, work instructions, and detailed infrastructure diagrams of the IT systems Properly document tickets, root cause analyses and change requests Available during nonstandard work hours: Work after hours emergency support as needed Coordinate efforts with internal resources, internal customers, and vendors in emergency situations Be available to answer incoming calls and work reported product issues during inclement weather Be available to provide assistance for implementations after hours Work after hours IT improvement projected Other projects as assigned. Identify, champion, and implement process improvements Establish expert understanding of processes and procedures, identifying deficiencies and improvements Participate in IT continuous improvement and strategic projects Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years Artiva HC experience. Bachelor s degree in or equivalent work experience Must be authorized to work in the United States Healthcare services, financial services or collections/BPO experience preferred. Experience and understanding of general database architecture and design, structure, and data manipulation. Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and SQL preferred. High attention to detail. Experience in manual QA functions preferred. Experience working together with operations teams to achieve a common goal Special Position Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. Remote work is also an option. Work Requirements This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand (product installations, upgrades, testing after operational hours). This position may require some travel depending on assigned projects, but is limited. Qualifications Experience Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and SQL preferred.
