Restoring Families .® Responsibilities Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Alumni Services this role focuses on providing support for adolescents both during their program at Newport Academy and post-discharge. The Alumni Program Lead provides administrative and development support for the alumni seasonal initiatives, and maintains outreach efforts for all alumni utilizing Newport Academy online platforms and technologies. Essential Alumni Program Lead Responsibilities: - Manage outreach systems and masterlists - Provide 1:1 meetings with repsective clients - Outreach efforts for respective clients, following timeline - Consistent outreach documentation - Solicit survey engagement, following timeline - Promote seasonal initiatives to alum community - Social Media Engagement on Alumni specific platforms - Provide Event Outreach and Support - Plan and Execute ReConnect Events - Organize RTC Panels - Co-Lead and Lead RTC Groups Qualifications - A Bachelor's Degree in prevalent field, preferred not required. - Minimum 2 years experience working with adolescents.
