Position: Alcohol Compliance Coordinator - 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring that the company effectively and efficiently meets all beer and alcohol compliance requirements. These requirements include both internal, company established requirements and external, government, customer or other regulatory agency established requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinates, monitors, maintains, and performs all internal and external compliance efforts such as mandated reporting, licensing, and inventory for the brewing department. - Coordinates, monitors and works with all Customers and Vendors to meet Quality/Compliance expectations for products they provide for Brewing industry. - Serve as liaison with Federal, State and local agencies and officials pertaining to all compliance issues. Agencies include, but are not limited to: TTB, MDPS-AGED, and FDA. - Works with management in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals as it relates to Beer & Alcohol Compliance. - Makes recommendations regarding areas of responsibility to meet all Compliance requirements. - Reviews regulatory publications to keep apprised of new regulatory developments. - All other duties as assigned by the Manager or required by the customer.
