Admissions Duties - Greets and admits patients - Collects copays - Works with insurance information - Answers phones - Maintains clean and tidy waiting room/lobby area - Ability to multitask duties Medical Records Duties - Review records for accuracy when preparing for chart closing - Scanning of records - Retrieve medical records - Work with Ciox on record requests - Preparation of patient consents - Works directly with physician offices, physicians, nurses and transcription service to ensure all dictations are accounted for and accurate - Miscellaneous medical record duties Qualifications - High School graduate or equivalent - Clerical experience, preferably in a health care environment - Non-healthcare hospitality, hostess, customer service experience will be considered - Current BLS, preferred <h2 class="iCIMS_SubHeader iCIMS_SubHeader_Job"
