Ebert Construction is currently seeking a strong and motivated individual for our Accounting Coordinator position. Primary Responsibilities: • Administrating and maintaining subcontractor lien waiver tracking • Delivering construction bids across the metro area • Accurately and efficiently process Accounts Payable invoices • Process semi-monthly subcontractor & vendor check runs • Handling a variety of administrative duties as requested to support the controller and other office staff Qualifications: • Associate Degree in Accounting preferred but not required • Sage (Timberline) Software knowledge & experience preferred but not required • High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word and other computing programs/functions • Strong Attention to detail with accurate results • Excellent Organization and Communication skills • Ability to work with and protect confidential information Compensation: • Competitive Salary • Health, Dental, and Vision Benefit Package • Health and Flexible Spending Accounts • Life, Long and Short-Term Disability Insurance • 401K with Match Program • Holiday and Vacation Time For immediate consideration please call us at 763-498-7844 or submit a completed online at https://www.ebertconstructionmn.com/about-us/employment .
