On Thursday, August 26th, we gathered with our investors and partners for a joint celebration, cheers-ing to Coborn’s 100 year anniversary as well as the 10th Anniversary of the GSDC. It’s been far too long since we’ve been able to come together with everyone and we were so glad to see so many of our supporters there.
Although the rain also attended our party (which moved us indoors for the afternoon), the mood was full of sunshine. Brian Myres, GSDC Board Chair, kicked off our brief program, followed by Emily Coborn, VP of Operations at Coborns. It’s always a treat to hear about the wonderful people and businesses in our community – and the good they’re doing. GSDC President Patti Gartland wrapped things up by welcoming and recognizing new investors and gathering us all for a great group photo.
We enjoyed delicious appetizers and beverages from Coborn’s and the most scrumptious sweet treats from Jules’ Bistro. A special thanks to Inventure for their event sponsorship, too! We can’t thank Coborn’s enough for their incredible hospitality and refreshments. There were great swag bags mingling, laughter, shared stories, and a great time had by all. Thanks to all who joined us to celebrate 10(0) years!
